Re: Promotions and Awards
It gives me great pleasure to announce that Flight Lieutenant Andy “Sapper” Bellingall is promoted to Squadron Leader, 3(F) Sqn.
Sapper will become the Sqn. Ops/admin officer.
In addition to this new role he will be stepping up to 2 i/c to cover for Sqn Leader Andrew "Beanie" Benson, who is taking a sabbatical from DCS for a short while.
I'd like to thank Beanie for the work he has done supporting me in getting 3(F) Sqn to where we are today, after a sticky couple of years. I personally hope he won't be away to long as he is an integral part of the squadron.
Congratulations Sapper, very much deserved.
