So iam sat in my Office Planing yet another evil plan to invade a small 3rd world Country when i roll a double 1 and lose all my forces i spent the last 2 turns building up on said Boarder...sigh... drat and double Drat ! , when Radar the squadron clerk walks in dumps a stack of papers on top of the board completly destroying the World ........!

So i evently get to the last paper . i read the Paper work.
