There's a change of programme tonight.
Chris is going to run the mission, not sure what, you may say I am in the dark about it.....

Re: 28-09-20 Monday Flight Night
If there is a spare slick available, I would like to join this evening.
I have not attended here before but can fly the Huey quite competently. Not done much weaponry and not au fait with your procedures. Hence I do not want to push in, and if you would rather I did some on on-sqn training first do please say so. I will not be offended.
I am working up a combined Huey/A-10 mission - up to 4 of each. A low level excursion into Red territory, avoiding SAMs and red patrols. The A-10s are on a "Cab Rank" looking for ground threats, while the Hueys are 2 gunships and 2 transport. Aim is to pick up 8-10 SAS evaders and bring them out. Unfortunately I cannot make the Embarking work at present - it looks as though it's on one of its bugged periods.

Hi Alan
You would be more than welcome to join us. Briefing is at 19:30.
For embarkation we use the CTLD script, I'm not sure if you are familiar with it. It works very well for us and is flexible. It is commanded by the pilot via the F10 menu system.
I'd be very happy to take you through the script, but what you require is very simple with CTLD.

Re: 28-09-20 Monday Flight Night
Thanks Andrew. I have used CTLD some years ago, but when i checked the Forums to get an updated download, the posts suggested that it was comatose.
I will download it and try to et up to speed with it.
See you later. As I say my operating of the Huey is very rusty, although I can usually fly it OK. Probably best to put me as tail-end-Charlie.
